Worse place to work for selfemployed

States uncapped benefits. But the bulk items are capped to 20 parcels. So you will only get paid for 20 parcels. Also you only get £1 a parcel. Most drops are only one parcels. You have to do minimum 140 drops a day to make £140-£150 and then ontop minus your fuel and costs your left with £90-£100 if that. Managment is well there is non to be fair

Stay Away from Yodel

The pay is dismal , especially as a owner driver, you'll start your day 6am and won't get home until 7/8pm. ... straight to bed like a robot. They lock you into a service provider contract which means they charge you £150 per day if you can't come in due to an emergency or sickness and so many sneaky little charges here and there. You're self employed so have little to no rights, they cannot guarantee you work but they want you to sign a contract to guarantee you'll work the route given 6 days a week regardless of your circumstances. When you add up everything and take away the fuel and van costs you make between £60-70 for a 12 hours of hard repetitive labour. You have no rights but carry all the responsibility according to the contract.

Time waisted

Worst company to work with Worked in Lichfield depot as owner driver Contract price is different paying price different Long hours less than minimum pay They expect you to arrive to work 5 in the morning and work till unrealistic hours means 9 o clock in the evening Managers have attitude problem
