Waitress - The Guinea Grill in London
on 13 September 2022
Fast paced, excellent pay
Management listens to you and wants you to succeed. The restaurant is really small which makes it difficult to serve in a very heated environment that is very fast-paced, clients can be difficult so need to be very confident and accommodating, excellent pay and benefits include staff food.

Productive and fun bar, social relax point
Good experience in new sphere for me. There're my own disabilities with physical and mental health. I had some new feelings about.Working under pressure, noise and chaos usually good for me, but not with PTSD.
General Manager in Surrey

Current climate makes the job very difficult, recruitment is the biggest battle along with changing suppliers and unreliable delivery patterns. Team are great
Supervisor in Surrey

Stressful, underpaid and badly managed
Having worked for Youngs for 1 year I never thought I could ever leave a 1 star review however I can’t think of any reason at all to give them more than 1 star. Very strict budgets, no help for other staff and no progression. Poor management and no respect for staff, managers will eat whatever they want for free while staff who work usually more hours get nothing at all and are left to buy their own food or starve over what tends to be 12-15hr shifts usually with 30 minute breaks.I could never recommend working for this company and the only time I’ve been happy in the last year is the day I finally got to leave and say goodbye to the company.

Great working environment
Loved my job, got to meet new people, learn something new every day and enjoy what I do. Loved working with people, good pay with great tips and great company to work for.
