Depends on your consultant
Registered Nurse (Former Employee) - Wales - 29 July 2020
I can only speak from the experience of my consultant who I am now in the process of switching. When the going is good it's been great, fair pay etc. However there is blatant dishonesty about phantom timesheet deductions, lies about availability of work to suit the consultant's own agenda and complete dismissal of your own preferred scheduling. Feels like they're working against you halfthe time
Pros
Friendly approach although consultant dependent
Cons
dishonest, misleading, unsupportive, lack of transparency

Like walls street
Recruitment Consultant (Former Employee) - Primrose Street - City london - 1 June 2020
Awful place full of pig headed arrogant men .
Made to feel inadequate from the start , a lot of bullying , revolving door , saw people come and go so quickly .. aggressive tactics .
Age discrimination and focus is on image and not delivering a service to high standards .
Beautiful office but poorly laid out and really only greatvif yourc about 18-20
Pros
Office and Friday breakfast
Cons
no out of hours support so you have to work 24 / 7

real ruthless and shallow place to work, some lovely colleagues but inconsistency across management
Recruitment consultant for North East Nursing (Former Employee) - Liverpool Street Station, Greater London - 18 March 2020
As most its a short lived visit there , wolf street like thug atmosphere and no personal help , help for some and not for others , too many changes in a short space of time so you cannot settle in your role, really disorganized and felt intimidated and bullied quite alot there.
Pros
free breakfast and nights out, and beautiful office
Cons
management, and bullying culture, favoritism

Fake job adverts!!
Locum Pharmacist (Former Employee) - London - 3 November 2016
I am a locum applying for their jobs and on calling the hospitals where the jobs are supposedly based they are all fake jobs! They currently have a job advertised live in Northampton paying £34/hr and after speaking to the manager that job is fake!
