Managerment do not have a clue about driving hours and will let you run out of hours and either send someone to pick you up which is classed as still been on duty but they believe it is not if your face fits you will get away with it if not then you get disaplined for it and say your risking there O licence when it’s them who plan for you to run out of time. Could be a good job .Truck's not bad some trailers need scrapping easy work all spoiled by management who are clueless. They will run you out hour's with no warning when they are fully aware the job can't be done in 15 hours. Good workplace
No problem at all. Management ok. Depending on you. If you are peas of poo then....you should know....if you ok then no problem at all. Always give you hands if you need. Just some employees there very selfish.What would you say about your employer?
