Great place to work. Very innovative and fun culture, management genuinely cares about staff. Really strong product development practices and intelligent and nice people to work with.
Good work life balance, innovative products, no politics
Great business model but no professionalism. Only favourites get to advance in the company. The managers love the rumour mills and are extremely unprofessional. They want you to suck up to them to advance even when they are trying to bully you.

Great company to work for, long hours but a terrific location overlooking the river Thames, with some fantastic views. Extremely busy heavy work-load, but great colleagues to work with, everybody so friendly.

Long hours seated at desk.
Open plan office, casual attire, large kitchen for staff to congregate, share meals and/or hold informal brainstorming sessions all lend to a fun, busy environment. The CEO is down to earth and takes the time to remember your name. Lots of hard work, commitment and constant change in this fast paced but exciting company which continues to grow at an abundant rate.
