Full job description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team in delivering great food, and expectational service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of food production and safety standards. As a Chef, you will be responsible for participating in kitchen operations, working collaboratively with staff, and ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Duties

  • Engaging in food production processes, ensuring the timely preparation and presentation of meals.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain stock levels.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on dishes before they are served to guests.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, food production methods, and kitchen equipment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in a kitchen environment.
  • A passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
