Full job description

We are looking for an amazing day Front of House Concierge to join our friendly team at Oxygen and act as the face of the development with residents and visitors, displaying professionalism and a genuine care for the property. This role is a permanent contract working a 4 day on 4 day off shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays.

Hey there! Ready to make a difference?

At urbanbubble, we believe cities should be vibrant, fun, and full of life. We’re all about creating welcoming communities where people feel truly at home. If you’re someone who loves making connections, providing top-tier service, and bringing positive energy to everything you do, we’d love for you to join us as a Front of House!

As Front of House, you’ll be right at the heart of our community, ensuring our residents have an amazing experience from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave us. You’ll be involved in everything from handling enquiries to making sure each day runs smoothly.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Be the go-to person:

You’ll be the first point of contact for our residents at the front desk, over email or via phone. Whether it be a question about our amenities or a maintenance request, you’ll be on hand to help!

  • Keep the building running smoothly:

You’ll carry out regular checks of the building, fixing any small issues or cleaning emergencies you spot along the way! You’ll handle emergencies with a calm, can-do attitude.

  • Monitor and manage:

You’ll welcome visitors and contractors, oversee CCTV and help keep our community secure.

  • And so much more:

From supporting resident events to keeping things organised with parcels, emails and move-in inductions, you’ll ensure everything is running like clockwork whilst helping to foster a real sense of community.

What we’re looking for:

  • Customer service experience in a property or hospitality environment
  • A proactive, positive, and resilient attitude
  • A passion for customer service and solving problems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other property management systems (don’t worry, we’ll train you on anything new!)
  • A can-do attitude and a love for working with a team that’s both fun and driven

And here’s what we offer:

We're passionate about our people & making sure that you have everything you need for your health, wellbeing & personal growth. After all, it's not just about what you do here - it's about being part of a company that truly cares & supports you!

Here's a little glimpse into our bubble benefits

  • Birthday day off, monthly paid wellbeing hour & enhanced annual leave to make sure you get the rest you need
  • Company pension scheme & medical Cover for your long-term health & to help plan for the future
  • Refer a friend scheme to earn that bit of extra money by bringing incredible talent on board
  • Paid volunteering day & social events to give back to causes that truly matter & connect with your colleagues
  • Enhanced sick pay & family leave to take care of yourself & your loved ones
  • Life events for those big milestones like your child's first day at school or when you get the keys to your new home - we believe that you deserve to celebrate special moments with your loved ones. Family always comes first at ub!
