Position: Day Concierge

Location: Colindale Gardens

Working Hours: 4on 4off 0700-1900

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Development Details:

This role will be based at a new residential development located in the heart of North West London with 2500 residential homes and benefit's from on-site amenities including a gym and retail outlets. The development is located close to Colindale underground station.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
  • Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
  • Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
  • Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
  • Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
    • Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
