Full job description

The role involves working on various projects around the local area with a team of multi-skilled joiners. Types of work you will be undertaking are refurbishment work, stud work, skirting, ceiling building, insulation, floor laying and doors. You will be expected to have a basic understanding of the roles and good tool skills with the ability to work closely as part of a team or on your own initiative following instructions.

Types of works would include:

  • Primarily joinery but also various property maintenance tasks including the following.
  • Tiling
  • Glazing
  • Fencing
  • Decoration
  • Bathroom
  • Kitchen Installation

Requirements and prospects desired skills

Ideally, to have completed Experience in Joinery Diploma.

Candidates must be able to get to properties in and around the Flintshire and Chester area. Candidates must drive.

  • Utilize hand and power tools to perform joinery and carpentry tasks efficiently.
  • Assist in the fabrication and assembly of various wooden structures and components.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Follow safety protocols while handling tools and materials.
  • Support plumbing and electrical tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to building codes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

  • Joinery: 1 year (preferred)
