We’re a family-founded and led business with a reputation for doing things the right way. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a skilled Senior Plasterer who shares our values of quality, care, and customer service.

This is a middle-management role requiring someone who is a confident Supervisor, able to oversee plastering quality and workmanship across each project, as well as being someone who is happy being on the tools. A highly experienced plasterer who can lead by example if required

What you’ll be doing:

Delivering high-quality plastering across building reinstatement and restoration projects as required
Be able to demonstrate a high finish, and level of workmanship in plastering, rendering, skimming, wet plaster, and lime work
Having accountability for quality and finish across plastering projects, supervising our internal plastering teams as required
Working closely with customers and team members to ensure excellent results.
Supporting the growth of the team, passing on experience and mentoring others.

What we’re looking for:

8 years experience as a Plasterer - Excellent boarding and skimming skills + 4yrs at a supervisory level
A positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to get along well with colleagues and customers.
A willingness to learn and progress, or help others do the same.
A full UK driving licence.
