Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Labourer to join our small, local, Winchester based team and contribute to a variety of outdoor landscaling projects. The successful candidate will be involved in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, working with a range of tools and machinery to deliver high-quality results. Prior experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, or construction is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

- Assisting with all aspects of hard landscaping

-Preparing groundworks and moving materials

-Supporting the installation of paving, patios, paths, retaining walls, fencing, etc.

-Using hand tools and basic equipment

-Maintaining a clean and safe worksite

-Driving company vans when required

-Full training provided – you will be taught how to lay patios, paving and other hard landscaping features.

Requirements:

- Must be reliable and punctual

-Van-driving experience (preferable)

-Physically fit and comfortable with heavy manual work

-Good attitude and willingness to learn as plenty of opportunity to get on the tools.

-Ability to work well within a team

Previous hard landscaping or construction labouring experience is an advantage.

Full time position 7.45am-4pm Mon-Fri.
