BE a Visionary and join our Apprentice Early Career development programme.

What you'll be doing

As a Degree Apprentice Construction Manager, you'll be acting as a trainee site manager for construction projects. You’ll gain experience in managing construction sites, coordinating teams, and ensuring safety. It's about understanding the complexities of construction management. You’ll learn project management, site operations, and leadership skills.

You will be enrolled on the Construction Site Management Degree Apprenticeship, a structured programme lasting approximately 3 years, leading to a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management

Who we're looking for

For our Level 6 Apprenticeship, you’ll need 3 A Levels or equivalent at passing grades (equivalent to 112 UCAS points). This programme combines advanced academic study with full-time work, offering you the opportunity to develop both professionally and academically.

Offers for this position will be subject to pre-employment checks including a Security Check (SC).

Kickstart your career at Balfour Beatty, where you’ll receive structured training and support from day one, and a formal qualification. Alongside a great salary and benefits package, you'll gain invaluable experience and skills that pave the way for exciting opportunities and career progression.
