️‍ ️ For my client – a leading, highly sought-after D&B contractor

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record delivering high-value Design & Build fit out projects? I’m recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected D&B contractor that is looking to appoint a Project Manager to lead flagship schemes in and around Bristol.

This is a rare opportunity to join a contractor known for its award-winning design approach, outstanding delivery, and a high level of repeat business across commercial, workplace, and office fit out environments.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of D&B fit out projects – typically CAT A / CAT B schemes ranging up to £20 million in value. You’ll lead from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, designers, and site delivery teams.

You’ll be working with some of the best in the industry, with the support of a strong commercial and operational team behind you.

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrable experience managing D&B fit out projects from start to finish
  • Strong understanding of commercial interiors and fast-paced delivery models
  • Previously managed projects up to £20m+ in value
  • Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to lead internal and external teams
  • Based in or commutable to Bristol and the wider South West
