ServiceNow Lead – Shape and Deliver Our Digital Platform

Are you ready to take ownership of Peabody’s ServiceNow platform and lead its evolution? As ServiceNow Lead, you’ll design, configure, develop, and maintain the platform and its integrations, ensuring it meets business needs and supports our digital transformation. You’ll work closely with the Software Delivery team, IT colleagues, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and third-party providers to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

This is a role for someone who thrives on technical leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. If you’re passionate about ServiceNow and want to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform and integrations
  • Own governance processes, including release management and upgrade policies
  • Configure solutions to meet business requirements and integrate third-party tools
  • Ensure customisations follow best practice for scalability and security
  • Develop integrations with Peabody’s digital platforms and other applications
  • Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Support testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities
  • Provide ongoing support for live products and resolve defects
  • Maintain documentation and stay up to date with ServiceNow developments

What You’ll Need

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow, particularly ITSM (HRSD and SPM desirable)
  • Ability to configure and customise the platform following best practice
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and integration options
  • Experience delivering integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware
  • Familiarity with Agile and Kanban methodologies and working in scrum teams
  • Strong understanding of software development best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Relevant IT qualifications or equivalent experience
  • A mindset of continuous improvement and strategic thinking
