Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

About Vetra Globe Ltd

Vetra Globe Ltd is an international consumer-focused organisation recognised for developing category-defining products across lifestyle, wellness and emerging innovation sectors. With headquarters in London and operations spanning Europe, North America and Asia, we combine rigorous market insight with creative excellence to build brands that resonate deeply with global audiences.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Senior Brand Manager who can steward the next stage of growth for a key strategic portfolio and contribute to the shaping of Vetra Globe’s long-term brand vision.

The Role

The Senior Brand Manager will own the end-to-end brand strategy for one of Vetra Globe’s flagship categories. This is a highly collaborative and commercially impactful role, requiring a balance of strategic thinking, creative leadership and operational discipline.
You will act as the internal champion for the brand, ensuring its positioning, identity, tone and experience are consistently expressed across all markets and channels. You will also partner closely with the Insights, Product, Digital, Sales and International Marketing teams to deliver brand initiatives that drive visibility, desirability and revenue growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy and Positioning

  • Lead the development, refinement and execution of the annual brand strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Define and evolve brand positioning, narrative and identity to strengthen relevance and differentiation within competitive markets.
  • Translate brand strategy into clear frameworks, guidelines and toolkits to drive consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Campaign Development and Creative Leadership

  • Oversee the conceptualisation and delivery of fully integrated brand campaigns, from consumer insight through to execution.
  • Manage agency relationships and creative partners, ensuring output is insight-driven, on brief and measured against performance objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to maintain brand integrity across all content and storytelling formats.

Commercial and Category Ownership

  • Analyse category dynamics, performance metrics and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities and prioritise strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with commercial teams to forecast, track and optimise brand performance across channels and markets.
  • Support product development by shaping positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies for new launches.

Cross-Functional Leadership and Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure cohesive execution of brand plans across digital, retail, PR, partnerships and trade marketing.
  • Deliver regular brand performance updates to senior leadership, making data-supported recommendations to refine strategy.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a culture of creativity, accountability and continuous improvement.

Insight and Measurement

  • Utilise market research, analytics and qualitative insight to inform decision-making and strengthen brand understanding.
  • Define KPIs for brand health, awareness, equity and campaign effectiveness; lead the reporting process around these metrics.
  • Maintain a strong external perspective by monitoring market trends, cultural shifts and competitive activity.

About You

  • Significant experience in brand management within a consumer-facing environment, ideally from FMCG, lifestyle, wellness or premium brand sectors.
  • Strong strategic capability combined with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrable experience managing complex campaigns, agency relationships and cross-functional projects at scale.
  • High level of commercial acumen, with experience analysing performance data and extracting meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A leadership mindset: confident, collaborative, and able to provide clear direction while encouraging creativity and experimentation.
  • Experience in international markets is advantageous but not essential.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonus structure.
  • Hybrid working model with a central London office.
  • Opportunity to shape and scale a brand with global reach and significant strategic importance.
  • Professional development support and access to leadership training.
  • A culture that values innovation, integrity and long-term brand building.
