About digiio

digiio is a global B2B marketing and creative agency working with leading organisations across technology, financial services, professional services and enterprise sectors.

We deliver high quality video, digital content, campaigns, studio productions and live experiences for clients around the world.

We are looking for an experienced Creative Producer to join our London team and take ownership of studio, location and live event productions from brief through to delivery.

The Role

This is a hands on production management role for someone who combines excellent organisation with strong creative and technical production knowledge.

You will produce client shoots in our London studio, manage filming on location and support the delivery of live, hybrid and virtual events.

You will work closely with clients, creative teams, technical crews and external suppliers to ensure every production is properly planned, professionally managed and delivered to a consistently high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce studio and location shoots from pre production through to delivery
  • Manage production schedules, crews, equipment, talent and contributors
  • Produce live, hybrid and virtual events
  • Coordinate venues, AV, staging, lighting, sound, speakers and suppliers
  • Prepare call sheets, production schedules, running orders and production documentation
  • Manage clients and senior stakeholders throughout the production process
  • Coordinate internal creative teams, freelancers and external production partners
  • Manage production budgets, supplier quotes and associated costs
  • Identify production risks and resolve issues before they impact delivery
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the required creative and production standard

Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong experience as a Creative Producer, Studio Producer, Content Producer or Event Producer
  • Proven experience producing professional studio and location shoots
  • Experience producing live events
  • Strong understanding of professional camera, lighting, sound and studio production workflows
  • Good knowledge of multicamera production, livestreaming and event AV
  • Understanding of video production and post production workflows
  • Experience briefing and coordinating technical crews and specialist suppliers
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confidence working directly with clients and senior executives
  • Experience managing production budgets and suppliers
  • The ability to manage multiple productions and changing priorities
  • A calm, practical and solutions focused approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience within a creative agency, production company or B2B environment would be advantageous.
