Talent Development Consultant £54k - Leeds

We are looking for someone preferably with Financial Services experience

· Lead the consultancy, design oversight and implementation of regulated learning solutions that build consistent technical, behavioural and customer experience capability across regulated and non-regulated operational areas.

· Shape scalable, reusable learning frameworks and solutions, including blended pathways, digital modules, assessments and performance support tools, designed once and deployed consistently across operational areas.

· Diagnose complex capability needs and translate products, systems, processes and policies into practical, accessible learning recommendations that support compliant, customer-focused outcomes.

· Lead the development and maintenance of society-wide operational learning journeys, accreditation pathways and capability frameworks aligned to business processes and role expectations spanning advice, servicing and customer operations.

· Provide expert consultancy across L&D to shape, contextualise and deploy learning solutions that meet operational needs, design standards and regulatory expectations.

· Provide governance and assurance to ensure learning content, frameworks and interventions meet regulatory, risk and quality requirements, including Consumer Duty, conduct risk and operational resilience expectations.

· Set the standard for high-impact virtual and face-to-face learning interventions ensuring they build key skills, drive consistent performance, reduce time-to-competence and improve customer outcomes.

· Use insight, MI and needs analysis to translate society-level learning priorities into practical capability solutions, advising leaders on readiness, capability uplift, implementation and continuous improvement.

Pay: Up to £54,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Leeds (West Yorkshire, Yorkshire and Humber Region)
