Your Future, as a Customer Sales Coordinator at mydentist

You’ll be joining us at our dental practice in Plympton, PL7 2HJ. As a Customer Sales Coordinator, you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting customers to understand the private options available and facilitating their patient journey.

The working pattern for this role will be 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday. This is a practice-based position, with some attendance at events; please note home working is not possible.

  • There is no parking available onsite or around the practice however the Ridgeway Car Park is only a 6-minute walk away for those driving

What you'll be doing

  • Attracting and managing enquiries via digital marketing, social media, and events

  • Monitor and report on marketing performance

  • Support patients through their treatment journey

  • Promote private dental options and convert enquiries into sales

  • Working towards targets and KPI’s to achieve commercial results

  • Work closely with dentists to grow their private patient numbers

About you

  • Able to initiate conversations with prospective customers

  • Ability to generate and convert sales opportunities

  • Confidence using all social platforms

  • Great at building relationships

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable using computer systems (training provided)

  • Possesses initiative and can prioritise own workload

  • Demonstrates a passion for delivering excellent commercial results
