· Previous experience on the phone is a bonus – but not essential

We also value team members who are happy to pitch in with extra hours when needed. Since we pay for every minute you work, your time is always fairly rewarded.

Working Hours:

· Full-time, 42.5 hours per week

· 5 days out of 7, including occasional weekend shifts (8:30am–4:30pm Sat or Sun)

· Weekday shifts: 8:00am–4:30pm or 9:30am–6:00pm

What’s In It For You?

· Starting rate of £12.21/hour, rising to £12.50/hour after probation

· Paid by the minute – no rounding down

· 28 days annual leave (plus additional holidays for long-serving team members)

· Enhanced sick leave for employees with 12+ months’ service

· Contributory pension

· Bonuses for great work or innovative ideas

· Comprehensive training and a short probation period

· Free local parking

· Opportunity to work in bright, modern offices with a fantastic, friendly team

· Flexible opportunities to earn more with extra time, if desired
