**Job Title:** Dance Teacher

**Location:** Reddisg, Stockport

**Job Type:** Part-Time, Term-Time Only

**Salary:** £20 per hour

**Start Date:** Monday 5th January

**About Us:**

We are a vibrant and dynamic organisation offering fun and engaging dance programs for children. We are seeking a passionate and energetic dance teacher to take over some of our popular before and after school dance clubs. If you have a love for dance, gymnastics, and a touch of cheer, and enjoy working with children, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead before and after school dance clubs for children aged 5-11

- Teach an exciting and creative routine that combines dance, gymnastics, and basic cheer elements.

- Prepare children to perform their routine for parents on the last week of term.

- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment, fostering creativity and confidence in all students.

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during sessions.

**Requirements:**

- Experience in teaching dance to children is essential.

- Strong knowledge of various dance styles, with an ability to incorporate gymnastics and cheer into routines.

- Enthusiastic, friendly, and patient with a passion for working with children.

- Ability to engage and inspire young dancers while maintaining discipline and focus.

- Relevant dance qualifications or equivalent experience.

- First Aid certification and a valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

**Working Hours:**

- Morning clubs and After-school clubs
