Full job description

We’re excited to welcome a new team member, who would be looking to grow and develop within our company. This role offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience, with the potential to progress into a Contracts Administrator position (full details provided during application).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling inbound calls and emails from clients, operatives, and subcontractors — and making outbound contact when needed
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Greeting and assisting visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Managing office supplies and placing orders as required
  • Inputting timesheets into our systems
  • Completing data entry tasks on Sage Accounts
  • Preparing on-site Health & Safety packs
  • Providing general administrative support to the team

Full training will be provided, so you’ll feel confident and supported from day one.

What We’re Looking For

  • Good IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A team player with the ability to use initiative when needed
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Experience using Sage Accounts is a bonus, but not essential
