  • Good IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent communication skills

In return, this is a great opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of Council services in a supportive and collaborative team.

  • A range of flexible working options including a flex-time scheme
  • Generous annual leave entitlements with the opportunity to purchase up to 10-days additional leave per year
  • Access to our Employee Assistance Programme – a 24-hour independent, free and confidential advice and support service
  • Family and carer friendly policies
  • Access to the Local Government Pension Scheme
  • Employee benefits including staff discounts, subsidised travel passes and Cycle 2 Work Scheme

This role will work on a hybrid basis, combining working from home with collaborative work in our offices in central Solihull. Flexibility will be required, as you may, on occasion, be required to work outside of normal office hours to fulfil the needs of the service.
