What you will be doing as our Senior Data & Systems Lead:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital case management systems and data platforms.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with GDPR and best practices in health and social care.
  • Collaborate with service delivery, clinical, and impact teams to identify and deliver digital solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee data analytics and reporting to inform decision-making and drive service improvements.
  • Manage and mentor a team of data and systems professionals, supporting their development and ensuring high standards of performance.
  • Build strong relationships with local partners, technology providers, and stakeholders to support integrated digital working.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across all digital and data processes.

What are we looking for in our ideal Senior Data & Systems Lead:

  • Degree or high level of academic achievement and evidence of continuous professional development
  • Experience of working in a data, information, or responsible administrative role producing monitoring reports that measure performance and demonstrate outcomes
  • Experience in the development, maintenance, and analysis of data collection systems and electronic patient management systems such as IAPTus, SystmOne, or similar
  • IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
  • Proficient in Excel, including data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to present accessible, clear, and informative data reports
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proven change management and team-working skills
