- Reporting & Analysis: Own monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including P&L reviews, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards (Excel/Power BI).
- Forecasting & Planning: Play a key role in building budgets and forecasts, supporting the Annual Operating Plan and periodic updates.
- Month-End & Compliance: Manage close activities, inventory valuation, rebate calculations, and ensure SOX compliance.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales, margin evolution, and service profitability; present KPIs and challenge results.
- Process & System Improvements: Enhance reporting templates, ERP/BI tools, and drive efficiency improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across finance and operations, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Deliver insights to support strategic initiatives and management decisions.

- Proactive, adaptable, and confident working under pressure.
- Full UK driving license for travel between sites.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years in FP&A or commercial finance.
- Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or MS Navision desirable).
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and audit processes advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £45,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
