• Assist in preparing training materials and resources.

• Support data entry and maintenance of training records.

• Help coordinate delegate bookings, venues and facilitator arrangements.

• Support collection of training data for funding claims.

• Assist with learner feedback collection and reporting.

• Provide general administrative support to the Learning team.

• Regular communication and collaboration with internal colleagues and external training providers.

• Track training activity to support audits and compliance.

• Strong Excel skills (basic formulas, data entry, formatting) - a short Excel test will form part of the interview process.

• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Friendly, proactive and team‑oriented.

• Strong general education at A level or equivalent qualification ( level 3) and must have GCSE English and Maths at Grade 5 or above.

• Support to complete an industry‑recognised apprenticeship qualification as well as the potential opportunity to join our management trainee scheme in the future

• Practical experience in Learning & Development and People Services.

• Development of administration, communication and data handling skills.
