Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by efficiently handling the receipt, storage, dispatch and delivery of goods. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Load and unload goods, ensuring safe handling and storage.
- Perform dispatch and receiving tasks, verifying the accuracy of deliveries against documentation.
- Engage in picking and packing orders accurately for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Play an active role in our delivery driver team distributing car parts in the local area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or customer service setting is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 25 kg) consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required.
- A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices in the workplace.
