Overview
We are seeking a professional and highly organised Lead Receptionist to oversee the front desk operations within our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and proficiency in various office software. Duties Core Responsibilities

1. Enquiry Handling & First Impressions

We are looking for an experienced Lead Dental Receptionist to oversee our front-of-house team and ensure a smooth, professional patient journey.

This is a hands-on role focused on day-to-day reception operations and patient service (not an HR or management position).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the reception team day to day
  • Ensure enquiries (phone, email, online) are handled professionally and converted to appointments
  • Oversee reception flow, check-in/check-out and waiting room standards
  • Ensure accurate payments, admin and end-of-day cashing up
  • Support diary efficiency, recalls and follow-ups
  • Handle first-line patient concerns

Requirements:

  • Previous dental reception experience (essential)
  • Experience supervising or leading a reception team
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Confident with dental software, diaries and payments
