Experienced Receptionist

Baker Street Dental Clinic – London, Greater London

We are currently seeking two Dental Receptionist to join our fantastic team at The Baker Street Dental. This is a great opportunity to make a difference to the lives of patients in a fast-paced, rewarding role.

We pride ourselves on our patient care and attention to detail, providing excellent treatment and customer service. Our promise is to provide clinics of dental excellence, where only the very highest standards in modern dentistry are provided for our patients.

Ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, presentable, can work as part of a team and be flexible with working hours (able to work afternoon including weekends). The shifts start from 8am – 3:30pm or from 3:30pm – 11pm.

Who we are looking for:

  • You are passionate about the dental industry and enjoy constantly learning and developing your role in the dental team as an experienced dental receptionist
  • Knowledge of Dentally patient software desirable but training can be provided.
  • You understand the importance of good communication and the vital role of customer service in a private dental practice.
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Reliable, committed, well presented, self-motivated and friendly

Day to Day:

  • Reception duties and patient facing role
  • Be the first point of contact for new patient enquires
  • Proven sales track record in developing new business
  • Seeing patients face to face discussing treatments and finance options
  • Supporting the patient throughout their treatment journey
  • Practice diary and maintenance of patient lists management
  • Effective communication with all key business relationships, patients, and staff
  • Assist the Head Receptionist and Management team with additional tasks including some CQC management

Job Overview:
