Full job description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, managing front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, handling patient inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. High standards of customer service and computer literacy are essential.

Experience in a dental environment is also essential.

The practice is fully computerised, with digital x-rays and has a great friendly team of dentists and nurses. We offer all aspects of general dentistry including implant dentistry, Endodontics and Orthodontics. .

We have a great team of support staff that make it a wonderful place to work.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
