Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate dentist to join our thriving practice, where you will have the opportunity to care for a large, well-maintained patient list. We are a well established family practice offering routine dental treatments ,with circa 400 registered Denplan patients, that provide consistent and predictable income, private pay-as-you-go clients, and a sprinkling of NHS patients (Performer No. required), meaning you can more or less leave the NHS behind; this is a fantastic opportunity not to be missed!

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Conduct various dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and preventative care.
  • Utilise medical imaging techniques to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
  • Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Stay updated on advancements in dentistry, to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry or equivalent qualification recognised by the General Dental Council (GDC).
  • Valid GDC registration and relevant certifications.
  • Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and medical imaging techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with a patient-centric approach.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independence when required.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of industry trends.

Approx Pay: £100,000.00-£110,000.00 per year
