What You’ll Be Doing

As our Senior Treatment Coordinator, you will:

  • Lead consultations with clarity, confidence and warmth
  • Build strong relationships from the very first enquiry
  • Guide patients through treatment options and finance
  • Support clinicians with treatment plan coordination
  • Oversee follow-ups, treatment planning conversations and next steps
  • Play a key role in shaping the patient journey at Stourbridge
  • Help maintain high standards across the team through positivity and example
  • Contribute ideas to improve patient experience and clinic flow
