Acorn by Synergie is proud to be partnering with one of the UK's leading national housing developers to recruit an experienced Technical Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established developer renowned for delivering high-quality homes and sustainable communities across the country.

The Role

As a Technical Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the design and technical delivery of new residential developments. Working closely with internal departments and external consultants, you'll ensure all technical information is accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule-helping projects move seamlessly from conception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate architectural and engineering information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building regulations and planning requirements

  • Manage the flow of technical drawings and documentation between consultants, contractors, and internal teams

  • Support the preparation and submission of planning applications and condition discharges

  • Oversee utility and site infrastructure designs

  • Attend design team and site meetings, providing technical support throughout the build process

  • Monitor the progress of technical information and proactively resolve design issues

About You

We're seeking a driven and detail-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced development environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a Technical Coordinator/Design Coordinator role within residential development or construction

  • Strong understanding of UK building regulations, planning processes, and NHBC standards

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

  • Proficiency with design and technical documentation
