Become a Champion!

With an on-site gym, quarterly office outings and work socials, and a birthday bottle of bubbly there are loads of reasons to become a Champion!

Champions work tirelessly to create a motivational and productive working environment, but they also offer opportunities for development and most importantly fun. You will be supported to complete daily tasks such as creating content for social media, proofing and editing content and competitor and market analysis.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Plan and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, PPC and general marketing campaigns.
  • Develop creative and engaging content aligned to client brand guidelines across multiple formats – social posts, email copy, web content, and more.
  • Assist in the execution, monitoring, and optimisation of paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms.
  • Support website updates and on-page SEO to improve visibility and search engine performance.
  • Design and deliver targeted email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot or Klaviyo
  • Support client communications, contributing to strategy discussions and campaign reporting.
  • Monitor KPIs, compile digital marketing reports, and provide insights to drive campaign improvements.
  • Prepare professional presentations, marketing plans, and client-facing documents.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • £15,000 – £16.000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 0900-1730
  • 37.50 hours per week

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

  • A Grade C/4 in GCSE English and Grade 5/C in Maths is required for the role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (essential)
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals across web, social, email, and paid channels
  • Confident using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) for business purposes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional manner
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple campaigns at once
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organisational skills

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualifications and experience you need to immerse yourself in an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Multi-Channel Marketer.
