Social Media Videographer & Short-Form Content Creator (Freelance)

Fizzy Moon | Leamington Spa

Fizzy Moon is an established hospitality and events venue in Leamington Spa. We are seeking a creative and reliable freelance videographer/content creator to produce high-quality short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok.

This role is offered on a freelance, monthly retainer basis and is not an employment contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture short-form video content on-site at Fizzy Moon (events, atmosphere, drinks, customer experience)
  • Edit and deliver 8–12 Instagram Reels/TikTok videos per month
  • Provide 10–15 short clips for stories and promotional use
  • Contribute creative ideas aligned with current social media trends
  • Attend agreed evenings and events for filming

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating short-form video for TikTok and Instagram
  • Strong editing skills with an understanding of hooks, pacing and trends
  • Own filming equipment (smartphone or camera) and editing software
  • Ability to meet deadlines with a 48–72 hour turnaround
  • Professional, organised and dependable

Compensation

  • Freelance monthly retainer
  • Payment based on agreed deliverables
  • Up to £600 per month

Additional Information

  • This role is offered on a self-employed/freelance basis
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for their own tax and NI
  • No guaranteed hours; payment is linked to agreed monthly deliverables
