My Choice Healthcare is seeking an experienced Operations Director to provide strategic and operational leadership across ten care homes. This is a pivotal senior leadership role, working closely with the CEO to shape services and maintain outstanding standards of care.

The Role

You will lead, support, and inspire operational teams to deliver compassionate, compliant, and high-performing services across Wales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and line management to Operations Managers and their teams
  • Drive excellence in care standards through skilled and motivated teams
  • Ensure all residents receive person-centred, compassionate care
  • Embed a culture of compassionate leadership and continuous learning
  • Maintain regulatory, contractual, and organisational compliance
  • Drive operational performance and service improvement
  • Lead integration and standardisation of newly acquired care homes
  • Oversee financial performance across all homes
