Full job description

We’re looking for an organised and customer‑focused individual to support a busy team. This is a hands‑on role with lots of variety, ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving and keeping things running smoothly.

No experience in our sector? No problem — full training will be provided, including learning our specialist systems and niche market.

Responsibilities

  • Booking and coordinating deliveries and collections
  • Preparing delivery and collection paperwork
  • Speaking with customers, drivers, and suppliers
  • Tracking movements and schedules
  • Managing on‑hire and off‑hire processes
  • Supporting the team with day‑to‑day tasks

Requirements

  • Good organisation and admin skills
  • Confident, friendly communication
  • Calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer‑focused attitude

Hire, logistics, or transport experience is helpful but not essential.
