Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Physician to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients across a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and home care environments. This role offers an opportunity to utilise your specialised knowledge and experience to improve patient outcomes and contribute to public health initiatives. The Physician will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, compassionate care while adhering to best practices and regulatory standards.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough medical assessments and diagnose a wide range of health conditions.
  • Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Administer medications and oversee medication management in accordance with clinical guidelines.
  • Perform or interpret medical imaging procedures as required.
  • Provide specialised care in areas such as ICU, hospice, senior care, or home care settings.
  • Engage in clinical research projects to advance medical knowledge and practice.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly, ensuring optimal recovery outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management, preventive measures, and medication use.
  • Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with legal and organisational standards.

Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
  • Proven experience in patient care across diverse environments including nursing homes, hospice, or home care settings.
  • Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and public health principles.
  • Proficiency in medical imaging techniques and interpretation.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective patient consultation and team collaboration.
  • Ability to administer medications safely and effectively.
