Who We Are

S2 are a Professional Fundraising Agency with over 35 years of experience in charities and many face-to-face roles. We want like-minded people like us at S2, with the same passion, personality and professionalism, who will strive to deliver high-quality and outstanding results for our charity partner, Dogs Trust.

We have a great network of support staff and fundraisers who will be with you every step of the way. So, whether you are an experienced fundraiser waiting for this opportunity or a “newbie” get in touch.

“Success isn’t the key to happiness, but happiness is the key to success”

The Role

As a face to face Charity fundraiser, you will be travelling to different venues, events and shows, engaging and signing up members of the public to donate to the charity either through lottery or regular giving, making a positive and invaluable difference to the Dogs Trust.

We are ideally looking for experienced fundraisers; however, this role would suit individuals with a background in face-to-face sales or individuals who have experience of being a brand ambassador for other brands or charities.

We are looking for people who:

  • Have a great personality and a positive attitude.
  • Are great communicators and can talk and engage with the public, building a quick rapport.
  • Are determined, resilient and self-motivated.
  • Are able to adapt to their surroundings and have self-awareness.
  • Have compassion and empathy.

And if you love dogs or animals and are passionate about helping them or supporting animal welfare, that is an extra bonus!

What We Offer

If you have these qualities and attributes, fundraising could be the job for you!

  • We offer a flexible, healthy work/life balance with a 7-hour day on a permanent contract
  • A basic salary of £26,000 with uncapped commission paid every 4 weeks (OTE £45K)
  • Training and ongoing support in the field
  • Pre-booked and paid for venues ranging from supermarkets to shows and events across the region
  • 28 days of annual leave for full-time and pro-rata for part-time
  • Auto enrolled in our pension scheme after successfully passing probation

If you think that this career is something you would like to know more about, please apply today!
