Full job description

Professional care. Genuine support. Work you can be proud of.

At Dignicare, we deliver high-quality, person-centred domiciliary care for people who wish to remain independent in their own homes. Our service is built on strong governance, compassionate values, and a belief that excellent care starts with well-supported carers.

We are seeking professional, high-calibre Care Assistants who want more than just shifts — carers who value quality, dignity, and consistency, and who take pride in doing things properly.

Why work with us?

✔ High professional standards
✔ Competitive pay
✔ Consistency and continuity
✔ Structured training & development – full induction, ongoing CPD, and clear progression pathways
✔ Supportive, accessible management – leadership that listens and acts
✔ Respect and recognition – your contribution is genuinely valued

We operate within a well-governed, CQC-regulated environment while maintaining a warm, people-centred culture where carers are treated as professionals.

The role

You will provide discreet, respectful, and person-centred care within clients’ homes, including:

  • Personal care delivered with dignity and sensitivity
  • Medication support (following training and competency)
  • Companionship and emotional reassurance
  • Meal preparation and light domestic support
  • Promoting independence, wellbeing, and choice

Our focus is quality of life

About you

We’re looking for individuals who:

  • Are compassionate, dependable, and professional
  • Take pride in delivering consistently high standards of care
  • Communicate clearly and build trusted relationships
  • Understand safeguarding and professional boundaries
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle (essential)

Experience in care is welcomed but not essential — values, attitude, and commitment matter most. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

What you can expect from us

  • A respectful, inclusive working environment
  • Clear communication and transparent rotas
  • Opportunities to progress into senior, specialist, or mentoring roles
  • A role where your work is meaningful, recognised, and valued

Apply today

If you’re looking for a care role where professional standards matter, people matter, and you matter, we would love to hear from you.
