With depots in Avonmouth, Cardiff, Gloucester, Stonehouse and Tewkesbury we operate predominately across the South-West of England. We specialise in Construction, Waste Management, Plant Hire, Demolition and Transport operations.


Based: From Brook Farm Depot (GL2 7ND).

Responsibilities for the job role:

We’re looking for a proactive team player to join our Commercial Waste team. If you enjoy staying active and working outdoors, this role could be a great fit for you.

As part of a bin collection round, you’ll be working alongside the driver, helping with a variety of tasks. This is a physical, mobile role that involves regular movement in and out of the vehicle, as well as completing paperwork on a company tablet.

Your responsibilities will include:
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping active, working as part of a team, and takes pride in doing a job well.

  • Assisting the driver with collecting wheelie bins and waste bags

  • Cover food waste rounds when required

  • Helping with washing, greasing, and general vehicle maintenance when required

  • Accurately completing all necessary paperwork

  • Following all Health & Safety instructions and wearing the correct PPE

  • Always applying safe working practices

  • Immediately reporting any accidents, injuries, or near misses

  • Completing weekly timesheets and handing them to your supervisor
