Job Advert

At Lovett Care, we are passionate about delivering exceptional care for our elders across our homes. Whether it’s residential, nursing, dementia, or respite care, we ensure every individual feels safe, comfortable, and valued. Our approach combines compassionate support with innovative technology — such as silent nurse-call systems and digital care records — to protect dignity while enhancing quality of life.

Our homes offer vibrant, person-centred activities and gentle exercise programmes, creating meaningful engagement and a true sense of community. We carefully select and train our teams for their warmth, professionalism, and dedication, because we believe great care starts with great people.

About the Role

We are looking for a kind, compassionate, and experienced Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of care homes across Kent, Chelmsford, and Abingdon. This is a full-time, permanent position offering an excellent salary of £85,000 per annum.

You will provide leadership and support to Home Managers, ensuring outstanding standards of care, compliance, and commercial performance across all homes within these locations. This is a travelling role, so a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire Home Managers to deliver exceptional care and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Drive performance to meet revenue, EBITDA, and quality targets.
  • Support Home Managers with investigations and regulatory processes.
  • Develop and implement progressive business plans for each home.
  • Promote a culture of dignity, choice, and respect for residents.
  • Collaborate with other regional leaders to ensure consistency and best practice.

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Nurse (Valid NMC PIN) – essential.
  • Proven experience in elderly care management.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and handle emergencies effectively.
  • Professional, confident, and flexible approach.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Paid NMC fees, DBS check, and ongoing training.
  • Support with revalidation and career development.
  • 6 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Free onsite parking and mileage reimbursement.
  • Pension scheme and wellbeing programmes.
  • Cycle-to-work scheme and travel incentives.
  • Recognition awards and referral bonuses.
  • Early Pay access and structured career progression.

About Lovett Care

At Lovett, we believe our elders deserve more. Not out of duty or pity, but because they've earned it, and because the good life doesn't stop at 80, 90, or 100. We believe in more…More dignity in everyday care. More respect in every interaction. More friendship, joy, and belonging. More moments that matter. Our homes aren't waiting rooms. They're communities where people thrive, where days are full of possibility, voices are heard, and the wonder of people shines through in every conversation, every shared meal, every burst of laughter down the hall. When you choose Lovett, you're choosing a place that sees your loved one as we see our own elders: as people who still have everything to give, and everything to gain. We are Lovett. We believe in more for our elders.
