We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that drive growth for Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) business. Your innovative campaigns will connect with B2B sellers, driving acquisition and retention across our key marketplaces incl UK, EU and Japan. You'll have a creative mind and be passionate about developing your marketing skills.

Key job responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, paid, content) targeting MCF sellers.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, briefs, and timelines across internal teams and external agencies.
  • Support lead generation initiatives through paid and organic channels, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
  • Manage and execute campaigns on Amazon owned internal marketing channels.
  • Manage LinkedIn and other B2B social platforms to help drive MCF awareness goals and support lead generation.
  • Help maintain marketing collateral including presentations, case studies, and event materials.
  • Support webinars, partner and agency events.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance with marketing standards.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in professional non-internship marketing
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, and understanding metrics
  • Experience working with marketing tools including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data interpretation skills.
  • Effective communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges
  • Experience in using AI across marketing
