Full job description

At Fiskars Group we are unified and driven by our common purpose: pioneering design to make the everyday extraordinary. Join our team and seize the extraordinary opportunity to influence the everyday!
Senior Future Offering Manager
Location: Middleton, WI
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
At Fiskars Group, we’ve spent more than 375 years creating timeless, purposeful designs that make daily life better. From our iconic, orange-handled scissors to beautifully crafted tools used around the world, our products blend heritage with innovation — and are built to last.
As we continue shaping the future of our portfolio, we’re looking for a Senior Future Offering Manager to lead with vision, influence, and consumer obsession — helping define what’s next for our brands and categories.

About the Role
As a Senior Future Offering Manager, you will be a strategic leader responsible for shaping the long-term direction and success of a global product portfolio. You’ll operate at the intersection of consumer insight, innovation strategy, and commercial execution, guiding offerings from early-stage concept through launch and lifecycle optimization.
In this senior role, you’ll influence category strategy, mentor others, and act as a trusted partner to cross-functional and senior stakeholders. Your work will directly impact Fiskars’ growth ambitions and strengthen our leadership in key categories.

What You’ll Do
Set the Vision
  • Own and evolve the long-term future offering strategy for a defined global portfolio, ensuring alignment with Fiskars’ brand, category, and growth objectives.
Lead Innovation with Impact
  • Identify emerging consumer needs, trends, and opportunities — translating insights into differentiated, scalable product concepts.
  • Champion innovation pipelines that balance creativity, feasibility, and commercial success.
Shape the Roadmap
  • Build and maintain a 3–5 year strategic product roadmap, setting priorities, investment focus, and launch timing.
  • Guide portfolio decisions across the full lifecycle — from ideation and development to optimization and sunset.
Drive Business Performance
  • Own portfolio financials, including pricing strategy, margin targets, and business cases.
  • Evaluate performance and make data-driven recommendations to maximize growth and profitability.
Influence & Collaborate Globally
  • Partner closely with design, R&D, engineering, marketing, supply chain, and sales to ensure seamless execution.
  • Act as a senior voice in cross-functional forums, influencing decisions within a global matrix organization.
Elevate Ways of Working
  • Mentor and support junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement in offering management practices.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, category management, future offering, or innovation roles — preferably within consumer goods.
  • Proven success leading complex, global product portfolios from strategy through commercialization.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience building business cases and managing P&L-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset — comfortable moving between vision and execution.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

Who You Are
You’re a strategic, consumer-centric leader who sees around corners and brings others with you. You’re energized by complexity, grounded in data, and motivated by creating products that truly matter. You build trust through clarity, collaboration, and integrity — and you’re excited to shape the future of iconic brands.
At Fiskars Group, we grow by collaborating, accelerating, and executing — together. If you’re ready to leave your mark on the next generation of purposeful design, we’d love to meet you.
