  • Experience in an early years setting, ideally with under 2s - Desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A love of outdoor learning in all weathers
  • A flexible, positive and proactive attitude

In return, Mini Explorers offers far more than just a job. You will become part of a close-knit, supportive team that values wellbeing, professional development and creativity. Our unique setting provides a beautiful natural environment with animals, gardens, fields and outdoor learning spaces, allowing you to bring your ideas to life and truly make an impact.

What you can expect:

  • A warm, family-feel workplace with supportive leadership
