We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Director of eCommerce to lead our European gift cards business and shape the digital commerce strategy across the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, and Germany. In this operational director role, you’ll own P&L accountability and the entire customer journey. From acquisition through repeat purchase, while driving revenue and margin growth in a fast-paced, high-opportunity market.


Reporting to the US-based VP of eCommerce, you’ll champion the voice of the European consumer, turning insights into strategies that boost acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. This role demands a consumer-obsessed leader who blends analytical rigor with strategic vision and hands-on execution. If you’re passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences and ready to take full ownership of a growing business, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Own European consumer eCommerce P&L: Deliver revenue and margin targets while driving strategic growth initiatives.
  • Develop & Execute Strategy: Build business cases, secure investment, and identify opportunities for differentiation and improved customer experiences.
  • Full-Funnel Customer Experience: Oversee end-to-end journey from awareness to post-purchase, optimizing acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Use analytics, A/B testing, and customer insights to inform decisions and foster a test-and-learn culture.
  • Competitive & Market Leadership: Monitor trends and competitors to maintain market leadership and adapt quickly in ambiguous situations.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Represent European priorities in global forums, shaping product roadmaps and aligning with marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Performance Metrics & Growth: Establish and track KPIs like conversion, CAC, LTV, and repeat purchase to drive sustainable growth.
