We are seeking a Content Producer to plan, produce, and manage high-performing content across social and digital platforms. This role blends creative execution with strategic thinking, focusing on viral reach, organic growth, and meaningful conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and produce short-form and long-form content designed for organic growth, reach, and conversion
  • Develop content strategies based on trends, audience psychology, and platform algorithms
  • Identify viral hooks, formats, and storytelling structures while maintaining medical credibility
  • Work closely with the founder and doctors to translate clinical expertise into engaging, shareable content
  • Coordinate and lead in-clinic content days (filming schedules, talking points, pacing)
  • Brief and manage editors, videographers, and photographers to ensure output quality
  • Review content for accuracy, brand alignment, and performance potential
  • Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and approvals
  • Monitor content performance and iterate based on reach, saves, engagement, and enquiries
  • (Plus) Film content in-clinic using phone or camera when required

Requirements

  • Proven experience producing social media or digital content (portfolio required)
  • Strong understanding of viral content mechanics and platform-specific performance (Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
  • Experience creating or managing content that drives organic traffic and enquiries
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, in-house environment
  • Interest in medical aesthetics, healthcare, or premium brands
  • Availability to attend the clinic in Marylebone regularly
  • (Plus) Ability to film high-quality content (phone or camera), direct on-camera talent ad edit the content to a high standard.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work with a leading, doctor-led aesthetic clinic
  • Direct collaboration with expert clinicians and founder
  • Creative ownership with real impact on brand growth
  • Professional, high-performance team culture
  • Competitive compensation based on experience

Compensation

Salary is competitive and flexible, and will be determined based on the candidate’s skill set, level of experience, and scope of responsibility.

Candidates capable of owning and managing content across multiple platforms, producing a high volume of high-performing content, and driving consistent organic growth and conversion may be considered for a broader remit and higher compensation.

The role can evolve depending on whether the candidate:

  • Oversees a single platform or manages all social platforms end-to-end
  • Produces content only, or leads strategy, filming, publishing, and performance optimisation
  • Delivers limited output or scales content volume across platforms consistently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £24,420.00-£60,000.00 per year

Application question(s):

  • Please provide a link to your content portfolio or social accounts you manage
