The Role
As a Subject Specialist Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons within your specialist subject, inspiring students to achieve their full potential while maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
Responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in your specialist subject

Assessing, monitoring, and supporting student progress

Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Working collaboratively with department teams and senior leaders

Contributing to the wider life of the school where appropriate
Roles are available on a day-to-day supply, long-term, and permanent basis.
Who We're Looking For
We are keen to hear from teachers who:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

Have experience teaching their specialist subject at KS3 and/or KS4 (KS5 desirable)

Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management

Are committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning

Are passionate about raising student attainment and engagement

Are adaptable, professional, and reliable
