Pax8 are searching for an inspirational Sales Trainer & Coach to teach, motivate and create THE best Sales team in the UK Cloud industry.


As the first UK-based Sales Coach and Trainer, you’ll be the catalyst for individuals starting their sales careers with Pax8. Your role will be to help sales professionals become the best versions of themselves from day 1 of their journey.


This is an opportunity to influence the future growth of Pax8 by building a “sales movement” through scaling human centric, relationship driven sales approaches that support our ambitious expansion plans.


About you:

  • You’ll be passionate about mastering your craft, staying up to date with sales industry training

You will be supported by your UK and Denver based colleagues in Learning & Development (L&D) delivering and augmenting proven sales training blueprints. A collaborative Talent Team will be sourcing and selecting great talent for you to work with, and a People Ops team will support your work by nurturing an outstanding employee experience ensuring retention remains high.

Your day to day includes:-

  • Delivering a world-class sales training, onboarding and ramp-up experience
  • Evaluating existing sales training content and making recommendations
  • Scheduling a programme of new hire sales training sessions for our growing team of Channel Account Managers and Cloud Generation Specialists
  • Coaching soft skills at floor level, identifying gaps & opportunities for individuals to develop and excel in their roles
  • Facilitating one-to-one & group coaching to optimise performance and productivity through fostering a culture of learning and growth
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the sales effectiveness at organisational level
  • Occasionally stepping in to support your international colleagues

Requirements:

You'll be ideal for us if you:-

  • Have Four (4) plus years floor level sales training experience
  • Have undertaken some formal L&D theory development
  • Are passionate about sales and can evidence real results from your work
  • Have exposure to sales course design, development and content creation
  • Are proficient with virtual/remote training, trouble shooting & assisting trainees on the fly
  • Can work collaboratively and are committed continuous improvement - for yourself and Pax8 employees
