Pricing for sponsoring jobs
Only pay when we deliver results
Soon we’ll be making changes that affect the way you pay for sponsoring jobs. Going forward, we’ll be implementing two types of results-based pricing, pay per application (PPA) and pay per started application (PPSA).
New pricing for more cost-effective hiring
Now when you sponsor jobs on Indeed, you only pay when candidates either take action to start an application or when they submit an application.
The way you pay comes down to the way you post jobs
If you receive your job applications directly on Indeed, you’ll pay per application (PPA).Jobs that qualify for PPA include Hosted Sponsored Jobs. With PPA, you can set deal breaker questions for ideal candidates, and you only pay for the applications that meet your requirements.
If Indeed pulls in your job postings via an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or your organization’s website, you’ll only pay for started applications (PPSA).Jobs that qualify for PPSA include Indexed Sponsored Jobs and Hosted Monthly Jobs.PPSA pricing uses your budget to identify higher-intent candidates.
For high-volume hiring, Indeed Hiring Events are a great way to quickly recruit for multiple roles while only paying for results.
Pay-per-started-RSVP pricing means you only pay when candidates click to schedule interviews.
