With Indeed’s help, using tools like Sponsored Jobs, Smart Sourcing, and hiring insights,Horizon Care & Education has successfully refined their recruitment strategy. 

The Employer Branding hub on Indeed and Glassdoor particularly boosted their efforts, helping them hire 400 staff through Indeed in 2023. Indeed partnered with Horizon Care & Education to support its growth – helping in 50% of its hires and supporting expansion projects.
